Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is dispatched.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos to facilitate a replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.

Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?

Many of our ceramic and glass products are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or silver rims and hand-painted details should be hand-washed and kept out of the microwave. Please check the 'Care Instructions' on the specific product page.
